- Damage to property resulting from client’s negligence.
- Loss of waste prior to collection.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may terminate services with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination:
- Outstanding invoices must be settled.
- Any scheduled waste collection will be canceled.
Early termination fees may apply as outlined in the service agreement.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law
